Michael Angarano: From Child Actor to Hollywood Up-and-Comer
Michael Angarano, born in Brooklyn in 1987, began his acting career at age ten with a role in “For Richer or Poorer”. Though he lost out on the role of Anakin Skywalker in “Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace”, Angarano landed his first big role in 2002’s “Little Secrets”. He went on to appear in several episodes of “Will & Grace” before scoring roles in films such as “Seabiscuit”, “Sky High”, and “Lords of Dogtown”.
Angarano’s other film and TV credits include “The Dust Factory”, “Dear Wendy”, “The Final Season”, “The Art of Getting By”, and “Drunk History”. In 2008, “Vanity Fair” named him one of the up-and-coming actors in Hollywood. He previously dated Kristen Stewart and was in a relationship with Juno Temple from 2012 to 2016.
With a net worth of $2 million, Angarano has established himself as a successful actor in Hollywood’s “new wave” movement.
