Kelcy Warren is an American entrepreneur with a net worth of $6.4 billion. He is the Chairman and CEO of Energy Transfer Partners, a natural gas and propane company. Warren holds a degree in Civil engineering from the University of Texas and began his career at Lone Star Gas Company. He has held executive positions in different gas companies and founded Energy Transfer Partners in 1995 with his partner, Ray C. Davis. Warren also serves as Chairman of the Board of the general partner of Energy Transfer Equity (ETE), which owns over 71,000 miles of crude oil pipelines and natural gas. In 2007, he co-founded Music Road Records, a recording studio, with Fred Remmert and Jimmy LaFave.

Last year, Energy Transfer Equity purchased Southern Union, a pipeline company, for around $5 million. Despite his success in business, Warren is also known for his love of music, which led him to venture into the recording industry.
