In the suburbs of the small city of Tarija, this large resort hotel – owned by a local wine-making family – combines well-kept gardens, a lovely open-air pool, spacious rooms and friendly staff. It’s not luxurious but it’s the smartest property hereabouts and a great base for wine tourism in the surrounding valleys.
